Masakatsu “Masa” Tsukahara, 95, of Captain Cook died April 26. He was a retired electrician for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Local 1186 and member of Kona Hongwanji Buddhist Temple. Private services held. No koden (monetary gifts).
